If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.* The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your refund. Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
1. Sign into My Account section and click Online Returns
2. Click on the relevant order and select the item(s) you wish to return. Please indicate the reason for return from the drop down menu
3. Confirm your return by clicking on Book Return
4. Print the returns label and include it with your return, taking note of your unique RN number or enclose your original packing slip with the RN number written on it
5. Send your return back via one of the two methods below safe in the knowledge that your Reiss return is winging its way back to us:

Take your parcel to any Post Office ensuring you obtain a receipt for proof of postage. We recommend you use a delivery method that insures you for the value of the item(s)
Free Returns by DHL courier collection
i. Call DHL on 0844 248 0844 to request collection quoting account number 185034559
ii. Complete section 2 of the enclosed DHL form with your details
iii. Leave your package open so the courier can check the items before they leave

If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Items may be exchanged in store within 14 days or receipt. You may only exchange products ordered online in-store or receive a store credit in the region and currency of purchase subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above*. Please note: we will not be able to process refunds in store or return the items on your behalf to our warehouse.
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact client.care@reiss.co.uk so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Incorrect goods/faulty product received We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact client.care@reiss.co.uk immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Reiss, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact client.care@reiss.co.uk as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.
